OUR MISSION  

Hello!  I'm Peter, owner and chef of Gustable Foods.
  Gustable Foods was born out of my love for
good food, protecting animals and eating healthy.

   I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and have spent my career in the food industry working in restaurants, hotels and
food manufacturing companies.

By using classical culinary techniques and creating recipes packed with flavor
my goal is to create plant-based foods that everyone will enjoy.
My first product is a plant-based tuna alternative, Tuna of the Tree! 

Throughout my life surfing I have enjoyed the wonders of
the sea. Because of the deep respect I have for the ocean and all of its
wonderful animals I wanted to have a positive impact and so I created a
vegan tuna fish.

You will be sure to enjoy Tuna of the Tree while at the same time helping our fish populations and aquatic life to recover.
